Very sorry to hear this. Ronnie was such a happy-go-lucky, upbeat guy. We will rally miss him.

Ronnie was one who kept us all feeling young. He was a great person and fun to be around. Ronnie could liven things up. Rest in Peace Ronnie.

I was shocked. I followed Ronnie on Facebook and he constantly amused me. Funny, self-effacing. He is already missed!

This is a loss for me!  We always shared calls and time together at the reunions!  Just talked with him last September during the storm IAN that was going through here in Sarasota!  He was joyfull, kind and such a nice guy!  I will miss my friend!

Ronnie was always aware of those around him, to me that was his best quality. He took the time to reach out when many of us were out of touch, always lighting up the day with jokes or old stories. He talked about his five grandchildren and how much joy they brought him. He talked of our care free days of high school, sledding on golf course hill, skipping school to go to Pandapas lake, and feeling he had the best class mates in our class. We have been in touch often recently, he was so excited about our reunion. He volunteered to prepare the music for Friday at Chuck's farm. We spent three hours on the phone one day choosing music. If I couldn't recall the song he would sing it for me.  He created a song list nine hours long. Who knew he was an overachiever? He was so funny, sweet and kind.  Carolyn Lafon called me and she was in touch with him recently. Ronnie told her, "When I die it will be ashes to ashes and dust to dust. You look into the night sky and I will be Star Dust." I will miss you dear friend.
